Based in Wangaratta, our client is a very well respected family business that through success has expanded and experienced large growth. The opportunity has now arisen to take on a motivated and proactive individual to complete a Traineeship in Retail.

 

About the Role

The successful candidate will be trained to provide friendly, energetic and polite customer service to a broad range of people with your duties including:

• Front counter service and bookings
• Quoting and parts ordering

About you

The candidate we seek will have excellent people skills, be honest and reliable and have a positive can do attitude. You will also be happy working in a team environment and available to work Saturday mornings.

The ideal candidate will also have experience using MYOB (although not essential) as well as basic mechanical knowledge and understanding. 

You will also require a high level of motivation to successfully complete the practical and theory based components of your Traineeship

 

Training Requirements

As part of this Traineeship, you will undertake a Certificate III in Retail. A commitment to completing on and off the job training requirements of this Traineeship is necessary. 

Please note that relevant RTO/Training fees are covered by Kestrel.

 

What you will be provided

Throughout the duration of this Traineeship, you will be provided with ongoing support by your Consultant at Kestrel which will include career advice, pay enquiries, performance appraisals, etc.
